The 10th New Jersey Symposium on Biomaterials Science and Regenerative Medicine will include a poster session on October 27. We seek submissions from academia and industry presenting novel research on biomaterials science and regenerative medicine. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Decellularized Tissue / Engineered Scaffolds
- Stem Cell Interactions with Biomaterials
- Biomimetic Strategies
- Use of Embryonic/ Fetal Stem Cells in Human Medicine
- Wound Healing
- Tissue Engineering in the Nervous System
- Tissue Engineering of the Skin
- Tissue Engineering in the Vascular System
- Tissue Engineering of the Musculoskeletal System
- Animal Models for Regenerative Medicine
- Polymeric Biomaterials Technologies
The goal of the symposium is to disseminate new research, and to bring together researchers and practitioners from governmental and civilian areas. Accepted abstracts will be published in the 2010 Symposium proceedings.

template for detailed formatting requirements. Abstracts must include the title, authors, affiliations, and a summary of the work that will be presented. Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format less than 4MB in size, attached to an e-mail message. All submissions must be sent to admin@njbiomaterials.org with the subject line: 2010 Symposium Call for Poster Presentations - <your last name>.
Abstracts must fit within one 8.5” X 11” page. Authors are responsible for obtaining appropriate clearances. Final submissions must be in camera-ready PDF. Authors of accepted abstracts must guarantee that they will present their work at the conference by registering no later than August 31st, 2010.
